Born and raised right here in beautiful Kamloops, Jason grew up in an active family which allowed him to find his passion in playing hockey and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, and camping.
Jason’s love for athletics and physical activity inspired him to want to help people achieve their health and lifestyle goals, and in 2016 he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia.
Immediately following graduation, Jason pursued
an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University to broaden his knowledge in exercise rehabilitation and musculoskeletal assessment.
After graduation, Jason spent two seasons with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL, as well as stints with the BC Lions, Winnipeg Jets and Kamloops Blazers.
Jason uses a variety of active therapeutic rehabilitation and exercise prescription to help increase his clients range of motion and strength, while dealing with a wide range of injuries. He runs the ICBC rehab program at Kinetic Energy and is trained to help you recover from sprains, strains, muscular weakness, joint pain, TMJ disorder, back pain, whiplash, concussions, inflexibility, short-term mental health conditions, taping and prevention.
Outside of the clinic, Jason loves to stay active playing hockey, finding a nice hike, hitting the golf course, and hanging out with his family.
