Jasmine’s empathetic nature made it clear she should pursue a career in healthcare. Her interest in the human body started in early childhood. Growing up she used various therapies to keep her body healthy while training through her adolescence. Having spent 15 years as a competitive cheerleader and being part of the Team Canada alumni, she knows the stress and physical demand required of a competitive athlete.

Jasmine graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy and relocated to Kamloops to start her career. Her treatment style includes general Swedish massage, golgi tendon organ release, and trigger point release. She looks at the client as a whole and believes that mental and emotional health is just as important as physical health.

As she immersed herself in her studies, hiking with family and two dogs has become one of her favorite activities. Outside of work you can find her camping or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.

Jasmine is accepting new patients and looks forward to working with you!
