Q: Is the initial consultation free for personal training?

A: Yes, the consult is used to gain information and decide if our program is right for you.

Q: What are the hours for Personal Training?

A: Personal training sessions can be booked from 6am-8pm.

Q:  I've never worked out before, what should I bring?

A: Wear comfortable gym clothing, indoor shoes, a water bottle and a sweat towel.

​

Q: I'm scared of injuring myself or embarrassing myself.

A: Our personal trainer has lots of experience working with all types of fitness levels. She will challenge you, but she will also ensure that you are successful in completing the workout she designs for you. Working with a personal trainer decreases your chance for injury because she will select appropriate exercises for your body and fitness level and ensure your technique is good.
