Arpan graduated in 2019 from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, India. After moving to Canada, she obtained her physiotherapy license and gained valuable experience working at a multidisciplinary clinic in Winnipeg.

Since 2024, Arpan has been a valued member of the Kinetic Energy team, where she continues to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Arpan takes a holistic approach to treatment, integrating manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, therapeutic modalities, cupping therapy, dry needling, and patient education to promote recovery and manage pain effectively.
She has a special interest in dizziness, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation, supported by post-graduate training in this area. Arpan has also completed the Dry Needling program through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, enhancing her ability to treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.

Deeply passionate about empowering her patients, Arpan emphasizes education and self-management as key components of long-term recovery. Her goal is to identify the root causes of dysfunction and help patients restore movement, strength, and confidence. Dedicated to continuous learning, Arpan values expanding her clinical knowledge to provide personalized, evidence-based care.
