Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics are designed to slip into your shoes and help correct abnormalities that affect the feet, ankles, knees and back. They are made by taking a three-dimensional (3-D) cast impression of the foot and then fabricated to each patient’s individual specifications.
Our custom ortotics can be made for shoes, runners, boots, dress shoes, cleats, skates, ski boots and slippers.
Many foot problems can be attributed to collapsed or fallen arches or other biomechanical faults such as pronation (rolling in and collapsing of the arches when walking) and supination (rolling outward of the ankles and raising of the arch). These problems can be genetic or environmental, and most patients do not realize there is a problem until various symptoms begin to appear. These symptoms will generally manifest as pain but can generally be alleviated through prescription functional orthotics.
Rates
$475 per pair
50% of payment is due at the time of the appointment and 50% once you receive the orthotics.
Direct Billing is not available for Orthotics but we do provide all necessary paperwork for a smooth submission and reimbursement process with your extended health insurance plan.
To claim custom orthotics with your extended health benefit plan, a doctors referral is required. Our appointments INCLUDE the doctor's referral.
