Estrella completed her medical massage training in Mexico. She was born and raised in Sinaloa. Her journey into wellness began through her first passion — ballet. 

She started professional ballet training at the age of 13 and soon began representing Mexico in national and international competitions. At 14, she earned several scholarships to study and perform abroad, including representing Mexico in Argentina, where she won second place and a scholarship to train in Berlin, Germany in 2017.

After graduating from high school, a knee injury led her to shift her focus from performance to healing. This experience opened her path into the world of wellness and self-care.

She completed a diploma in cosmetology and began working in a holistic spa while pursuing professional certification as a ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.

For the past five years, she has combined both her passions — teaching dance and massage — to help others feel connected, balanced, and restored. Her approach to massage is grounded in mindfulness, body awareness, and the understanding of movement that she has developed as a dancer.

When she is not teaching or massaging, she likes to do hikes in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
