Heather grew up in Langley, B.C., where her passion for athletics began at an early age. She was actively involved in school sports and competitive fastpitch, and for the past decade, she has continued to enjoy playing slow-pitch. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Heather has recently taken up golf and enjoys learning the game.

After graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008, Heather began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). She relocated to Kamloops in 2015, where she has been dedicated to providing quality care to her patients ever since.

Heather has a strong interest in sports-related therapy and has volunteered with the Kamloops Storm hockey team for
the past two seasons, providing treatment for players during home games. Her practice extends far beyond sports therapy—she treats a wide range of conditions including pre- and post-natal care, chronic pain, acute injuries, autoimmune disorders, neurological and mobility concerns, and general wellness.

Her treatments incorporate a variety of techniques, primarily Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to best meet the needs of her patients.

Outside of her practice, Heather is a busy mom to two young daughters, who are both active in various activities—including her oldest who plays hockey. Balancing family life with her professional and educational pursuits keeps Heather deeply connected to the importance of health, movement, and well-being in everyday life.

Most recently, Heather has been furthering her education by pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science at Thompson Rivers University, with an expected graduation date of April 2026. Her ongoing commitment to learning and patient care reflects her passion for helping others achieve optimal health and live active, fulfilling lives.
