Vidhi Pandya is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist with over 13 years of experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. A graduate of Gujarat University, India — where she ranked among the top five in both her Bachelor’s and Master’s programs — Vidhi has built her practice on a foundation of clinical excellence, compassion, and a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal.

Her areas of expertise include orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic pain management (especially neck and lower back), sports injuries, tendinitis, TMJ and foot injuries, as well as neurorehabilitation for pediatric clients.

Vidhi’s treatment approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection. She combines advanced skills such as Dry Needling, Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping, Mulligan’s Mobilization, NDT (Neuro-Developmental Therapy), Sensory Integration, non-internal pelvic floor therapy and Hatha Yoga, while continuing to advance her training in Orthopedic Division Manual Therapy.

Vidhi believes that no two injuries are the same. She takes the time to listen, understand, and co-create individualized treatment plans that honor each client’s goals, preferences, and comfort. Her focus on nervous system regulation, spinal alignment, and core stability supports not just symptom relief, but long-term, sustainable recovery.

Outside of her clinical practice, Vidhi enjoys exploring wellness and holistic healing through yoga, meditation, intermittent fasting, and detox practices. She loves spending time with her family and son in nature, whether hiking, kayaking, or paddle boarding. A passionate traveler, she has explored over seven countries and continues to seek new cultures and experiences that enrich both her personal and professional life.
